Infrared Sauna
WHAT IS AN INFRARED SAUNA?
Unlike a regular sauna, infrared saunas do not heat the air surrounding you. Instead, they employ infrared technology to warm your body directly, heating it from the inside out. Infrared saunas run at a lower temperature (usually between 120 degrees and 140 degrees Fahrenheit) than traditional saunas, which operate at temperatures of 150 degrees and up. This environment is more bearable than regular saunas, allowing you to stay in the sauna for longer while elevating your core body temperature.
