How to Cancel
In person: Visit us during staff hours and complete a cancellation form. Cancellation is free.
By email: Send a request to bigtexgym@gmail.com and we'll send you the cancellation form. A $25 processing fee applies to all online cancellations.
Notice Requirement
To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, submit your cancellation at least 14 days before your next billing date.
